Test Usage Key Request (TUKR)

Welcome to the TUKR

Completing this TUKR will provide test usage keys to your organization, which:

  • Are free of charge
  • Are valid for four weeks, and can be extended on request
  • Are for non-productive system use only
  • Allow use of the full BCS product (either BCP or BCG)

It will also create a Service Portal account for your organization*, which is used to interact with us, download BCP and BCG software, request additional usage keys and more.

Already a QuantityWare customer? Please do not use this form: use the Systems Manager to obtain additional usage keys.

* Remote support for application errors will be provided without charge.

Hoster Access

Providing Consultancy Services?

If you're providing consultancy services for one or more Customers, and require the ability to directly manage systems and agreements for each of your Customers within the Portal, please state so below so we can configure your Customer as a "Hoster".

If you're not planning to provide Consultancy services, do not select this option.

Organization Details

Contact Details

Enter the contacts at your organization who you wish to grant access to the QuantityWare Portal, and the roles within the Portal they will be performing.

Contact Roles

Each role grants specific permissions on the Portal:

  • You may add several roles to a single contact, and add additional contacts as required.
  • For division of duties reasons, and to support work absences etc, we strongly recommend assigning roles to at least two contacts.
  • The Management, Application and Technical roles must be assigned.
